How long will it take to sell my home?

While it is impossible to precisely predict how long your home will be on the market, the average time on market for a home is around 6 months.

I need to move soon. Should I sell my home or start looking for a new one first?

This is a common scenario for sellers. It is our experience that placing your current home on the market as soon as possible will put you in the best position when buying a new home. For specific advice regarding your situation, please contact us.
