On the market since the day it was completed almost a decade ago, the Champ D’Or mansion in Denton County is headed to real estate auction on March 30th.
This 48,000 square foot home has been featured on HGTV and boasts such extravagances as gold chandeliers, 2-story closets, a ballroom, guardhouses and 25 acres of property. Not too shabby!
Over the years, the “home” (compound sounds more fitting) has been listed anywhere from $35-$78 million, so it will be interesting to see how many millions it pulls in at auction!
