The Mayfair Turtle Creek is one of the most prestigious condominium developments in Dallas. Located just steps from Turtle Creek on Lee Parkway, the Mayfair offers its residents a truly remarkable lifestyle, including a high-level club room, on-site fitness facilities, resort-style pool and spa, 24-hour building concierge, valet parking, car detailing services and much more. Beyond the amenities of the condominium itself, residents love the Turtle Creek area with its close proximity to downtown and walking distance to the shops and restaurants of the West Village and Oak Lawn.
The majority of the Mayfair Dallas condos are 2 bedroom units, although some 1, 3, and 4 bedroom floor plans currently exist. During 2009 and the first half of 2010, there have been 10 sales transactions at the Mayfair. These sales range from the low $300s to nearly $1 million. The average sales price per square foot during this time was $257, with an average time on market of approximately 6 months.
As of the writing of this post, 12 Mayfair condos are currently available for sale. The least expensive Mayfair condo is a 823sf, 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit priced at $269,000. On the other end of the spectrum, a $2,095,000 penthouse has been on the market for nearly 500 days. If you’d prefer to finish out the unit yourself, take a look at Mayfair unit #2302. This shell space offers over 4,000sf of living space and is priced at $1,600,000. Including both of these units gives us an average price per square foot of units available for sale of $294, or nearly $40/sf higher than what has sold during the past 18 months.
