The freefall at the “W” continues… Although sales of condos in the $200s have occurred there, the listing below marks the first time that a condo at the Dallas “W” has been actively marketed at the $275,000 level. Will this finally attract some of the fence-sitters to buy?

Maybe not… take a look at this next listing. It has been on the market for nearly 8 months. The price on this condo started at $424,500 and has slowly trickled down to $299,000, which is where it has been since December. Do I see a huge demand of buyers, even at these levels? Probably not, but it’s definitely worth watching to find out if we have finally hit a bottom or if we have some additional sliding to do.
